Once the plan is established and both building materials and finishes are agreed upon, the builder can then define the costs including custom interiors and outdoor design areas and layout the construction timeframe required. Once agreed upon, building will commence and after completion and final inspection, it will be handed over to the owners to move into their own unique dream home.
